Nia Chiaramonte, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, pHCLE, currently serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Achieving the Dream since March 2024. Prior to this role, Nia was the Senior Director of People at LifeStraw from October 2022 to February 2024 and held the position of Director of Human Resources at Heartland AEA for over a decade (March 2011 - October 2022), focusing on workforce planning, employee relations, and leadership development. Earlier experience includes roles as a Human Resources Manager and Generalist at Heartland AEA, along with positions as a Professional Recruiter at Manpower and Staffing Consultant at AppleOne Employment Services. Nia holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Northwest Missouri State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business from the University of Northern Iowa.
