Sean Siow has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. Sean started their career as an intern at Ertl Surveyors in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Picker and Packer at Grote Industries. In 2015, they served as an Information Technology Analyst at the City of Toronto. In 2016, they worked as an Associate Quality Assurance Analyst at OMERS, where they automated functional testing processes using Core Java. In 2017, they joined Hubdoc as a Software Developer and developed features for intranet communication using Backbone and Express. In 2018, they worked as a Software Engineer at TribalScale for a few months. Later in the same year, they joined KPMG as a Full Stack Developer and implemented various projects using Python, Azure Face API, and React.js. In 2019, they worked briefly at Lifion by ADP as a Software Engineer and then at Front as a Backend Software Engineer. Currently, they hold the position of Intermediate Software Engineer at Achievers since August 2020.

Sean Siow completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Waterloo from 2015 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at McMaster University in 2014 to 2015. Sean completed their High School education at Richmond Green Secondary School from 2010 to 2014.
