Puneet Sharma has a strong background in software engineering and ETL consulting. Puneet started their career at Infosys in 2009 as an ETL Developer. Puneet then moved to IBM in 2012, where they worked as a Senior ETL Consultant. Puneet's responsibilities at IBM included creating ETL graphs/jobs and shell scripts for financial transactions and reporting for clients such as BMO Financial Group. Puneet also developed data mining scripts for generating monthly reports. Puneet joined CGI in 2017 as a Senior ETL Consultant before moving to Achievers in 2018. At Achievers, they initially worked as a Senior Software Engineer before being promoted to Staff Software Engineer in 2021. Puneet's work experience showcases their expertise in ETL development, software engineering, and financial reporting.

Puneet Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Engineering from Himachal Pradesh University. Puneet attended the university from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, Puneet has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they became certified in Database Associate - DB2 9 Fundamentals by IBM. In 2013, Puneet acquired certifications in BI (Business Intelligence) Method & BAO (Business Analyst and Optimization) Method Framework and Unix AIX 6.1 Basic Operations and Advanced Scripting, both from IBM. Most recently, in 2020, they completed certifications in Become a Python Developer and Software Architecture: Domain-Driven Design from LinkedIn.
