Matt Fondevilla has a diverse work experience in the field of user experience design. Matt currently works as a Senior User Experience Designer at Achievers, starting in October 2022. Prior to this, Matt was self-employed as a UI/UX Designer from May 2017. Matt also worked as a Senior User Experience Designer at sherpa° from July 2022 to August 2022. Matt gained experience as a UX Designer at Canadian Tire Corporation from January 2021 to June 2022. Matt also worked as a User Experience Designer at ecobee from August 2019 to March 2020. Before that, Matt held the position of Senior User Experience Designer at Konrad Group from May 2014 to December 2018. Additionally, they worked as an Associate Educator at BrainStation from September 2017 to August 2018. Matt started their career as a Print Monitor at York University from October 2011 to April 2012 and later served as a Student Trustee at Hamilton-Wentworth District School Board from August 2009 to August 2010.

Matt Fondevilla attended Glendale Secondary School from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained their High School Diploma. Following this, from 2010 to 2014, they enrolled in the York University/Sheridan College, pursuing a Bachelor of Design with Honors in the York/Sheridan Program in Graphic Design. Their main field of study during this time was Design.
