Olivia Highland is a seasoned professional in the arts and theatre sector, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at ACHATES and as the Founder of Olivia Highland Consulting since October 2023. As a Board Trustee and member of the Finance Sub-Committee for English Touring Theatre since October 2017, Olivia also held various leadership roles at The Old Vic, including Co-Director of Development and Associate Director of Corporate Partnerships, from July 2011 to October 2023. Olivia's early career included positions such as Workshop Facilitator at Theatre Exchange and Assistant Director at Ryedale Festival. Olivia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and Theatre Arts from the University of Birmingham, completed in 2008, and previously attended City of London Freemen's School from 1999 to 2005.
