Christine Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years, with their most recent role being the Head of Customer Access at ACH Group since October 2013. In this position, they were responsible for implementing change management strategies and transforming customer service teams, resulting in the return of the Veterans Home Care Program to surplus.
Prior to this, Christine worked at the Australian Red Cross from 2010 to 2013 as the Regional Coordinator for the AVID program.
