Kris Naylor joined ACH Child and Family Services in 2014 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Our Community Our Kids, the division of ACH that manages the Community Based Care project in Texas Region 3b. Kris has 30 plus years of combined professional experience in the mental health and social service fields, with 22 of those years managing foster care and adoption community based care projects.

Krisā€™ experience includes family prevention services, foster childrenā€™s placement services, childcare coordination services as well as child and family case management and permanency services. Kris has been licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Kansas for 31 years.
