Subhrajyoti Das is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as BU Head - Human Resources and Lead HR - Center of Excellence at ACG World since October 2018. Prior to this role, Subhrajyoti worked as an HR Business Partner at Aircel, managing the employee life cycle for over 400 employees and driving various HR initiatives including performance management and grievance resolution. Subhrajyoti began the HR career as an intern at Apollo Hospitals Enterprises Ltd., focusing on human capital optimization and employee engagement. Subhrajyoti holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Xavier Institute of Management and a B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from Veer Surendra Sai University of Technology.
