Raffaele de Curtis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and the food and wine industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at ACETUM SPA since October 2013, Raffaele excels in recruitment, training and development, employee engagement, and driving values initiatives. Previous positions include Human Resources Manager and KAM in the export department, where Raffaele focused on international retail and marketing. Raffaele co-founded Outnfun.com, aimed at promoting outdoor sports in Italy and Europe. Earlier career experiences involved roles in grape processing and wine production, including notable positions at Fiorini Cristina Azienda Agricola, Tim Adams Winery, and Tormaresca.
