Tessa Mellin

Assistant Director, Institutional Philanthropy at Alliance for Climate Emergency

Tessa is the Assistant Director of Institutional Philanthropy at ACE. In this role, she supports the development and implementation of ACE’s institutional fundraising program and helps to build meaningful partnerships with corporations and foundations to advance the global climate movement.

As an experienced nonprofit development specialist, Tessa is passionate about exploring the ways in which organizations and their funders can collaborate to most effectively achieve their shared goals. Before joining ACE, Tessa served as a Director at Elevate, a nonprofit development consulting firm based in Washington, DC, where she partnered with nonprofit organizations across the country to develop creative and sustainable fundraising strategies. She holds a Master of Science in Nonprofit Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Policy and Practice and a Bachelor of Arts in Sustainable Development and Sociology from Columbia University.
