Wim Lenaerts is an experienced professional with a strong background in financial services and technology consulting. Currently serving as Director at Acerta since March 2021, Wim is responsible for cross-business unit client interaction, innovation, and digital transformation. Previously, Wim held the position of Director at PwC Belgium, leading technology consulting in financial services and overseeing intelligent automation offerings from March 2018 to February 2021. Prior experience at Accenture from August 2004 to March 2018 includes roles such as FS Marketing & Distribution Senior Manager, where Wim focused on digital operating models and emerging technologies, and Manager of Financial Services within the assistance industry. Wim's consulting expertise covers process optimization and reengineering across front and back-office operations, including significant contributions to the merger of two insurance companies and the optimization of bank branch processes. Wim holds a Master's degree in Commercial Engineering from the University of Leuven and a Master's degree in Economics from Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck.
