Phoebe Hombroux currently serves as a Learning & Development Partner and previously held the position of Talent & HR Administrator at Acerta since March 2020. Prior experience includes roles as a Learning & Development / HR Assistant at Punch Powertrain from February 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities encompassed administrative support for training offerings, management of the Learning Management System, and facilitating various HR initiatives. Phoebe completed internships in HRM and social work, acquiring practical experience in both fields. Phoebe holds a degree in Human Resources Management, awarded magna cum laude, from UC Leuven-Limburg and a degree in Social Work, awarded cum laude, from the same institution.
