Nora Bouazza is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, payroll, project management, and customer service. Currently, Nora serves as Team Leader KMO and Payroll Officer at Acerta since April 2022. Prior to this, Nora worked at Synergie from May 2018 to April 2022 as a Project Manager and held multiple roles including Senior Payroll Consultant and Recruitment Consultant from September 2011 to April 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a Vendeuse at Bongo, where responsibilities included customer engagement and sales management, and as a Puéricultrice at La maison des milles couleurs, focusing on childcare and pedagogy. Nora holds educational qualifications from Katholieke Hogeschool Leuven and VLEKHO Business School Brussel.
