Alice van Haagen is an accomplished outplacement consultant at Acerta Consult since June 2008, specializing in individual coaching, career guidance, and talent development, having supported over 45 jobseekers in their journey to find new employment. In this role, Alice van Haagen also established skills workshops aimed at enhancing client capabilities. Previously, as Responsable Formations Ouvertes Wallonie/Bruxelles, Alice van Haagen launched Acerta HR training programs in the Wallonia and Brussels markets, developing a strong network of trainers and an extensive client database while managing marketing efforts across various platforms. Alice van Haagen's professional journey also includes positions as a product trainer for HR applications at Acerta and roles in application support at HP and Elias, complemented by formal education from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven, Melius, and Nieuw Lyceum Bilthoven.
