Andres Rivera Najera is currently the Administration Counsel President at Aceros Arquitectónicos, a position they have held since 2016. Prior to that, they were with Grupo Ferroso, S.A.

Rivera Najera has a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Knox College, a Bachiller en Ciencias y Letras from Colegio Metropolitano, and a Master of Business Administration from ESADE Business & Law School. Andres has also completed the CIPE-Curso Integral de Perfeccionamiento Ejecutivo from Asociacion de Gerentes de Guatemala (AGG), and the Presentaciones de Alto Impacto from Dale Carnegie Training.
