Lana Wood is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as a Board Member at Acera Insurance and Fortress Insurance Company since 2023 and 2022, respectively. Lana is also a member of the Board of Governors at Acadia University since 2015. Previously, Lana held the position of Executive Vice President at Northbridge Insurance from 2012 to 2021 and served as President & CEO of Western Financial Group (Network) Inc from 2004 to 2011. Early career roles include Western Regional Manager for RSA and Senior Vice President at Marsh. Lana's foundational experience began at Guardian Insurance Company of Canada as a Commercial Manager. Educationally, Lana holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Acadia University and a Fellow Chartered Insurance Professional designation from the Insurance Institute of Canada.
