Nafees Rahman is a board member at Acer Innovation. Nafees was previously the deputy director of the Accounting Revenue Department for the Illinois Secretary of State. Nafees has also served as the CEO of Custom Index and CI Filing LLC., as well as the general manager of the Chicago division of Integrated Filing Solutions. Rahman has also held the position of corporate purchasing and supply chain director for Integrated Filing Solutions.

Nafees Rahman has an MBA from the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from DePaul University.
