Sean Kavanagh currently serves as Vice President of Investments at Acento Real Estate Partners, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Sean was Vice President of Acquisitions at Middleburg Communities from December 2020 to April 2023. Sean's extensive experience at The RADCO Companies ® spanned nearly eight years, during which time Sean held various titles including Executive Director of Investments, Vice President of Investments, and Director of Acquisitions. Sean began a career in the industry as a Certified Leasing and Sales Specialist at CLASS Leasing from October 2010 to October 2011, focusing on managing leasing teams to enhance occupancy rates across various property types. Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, completed in 2010.
