Daniel Oh has over 20 years of work experience in the IT and Cybersecurity field. Daniel began their career in 2000 as an Engineer Associate at Alcatel-Lucent, where they supported AT&T wireless cell sites. In 2001, they moved to AT&T as an Assistant Engineer, where they were responsible for coordination of implementation and restoration of new and existing copper land lines and fiber-optic cable lines for the engineering & design team. Following this, they worked at Hewlett-Packard from 2003 to 2008 as a Sr Helpdesk Coordinator, providing 2nd & 3rd level technical support for 600 GM ACDelco dealerships nationwide. In 2008, they moved to Morningstar as a Network Support Administrator. Daniel then worked at Trek from 2006 to 2010 as a Systems Administrator. From 2010 to 2013, they worked at Digicon as a Systems Engineer, supporting the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Finally, from 2013 to 2022, they worked at MotherG as a Sr Manager, Information Security, Sr Manager, Service Operations, and Sr Systems Engineer, Escalations. In 2022, they joined ACELYRIN, INC. as a Sr Director, IT and Cybersecurity and also became a Member of InfraGard, a partnership between the FBI and members of the private sector.
Daniel Oh obtained a Bachelor's degree from ITT Technical Institute. Daniel also holds certifications from EMC (EMC Proven Professional Associate - Information Storage and Management (EMCISA)), Cisco (Cisco Certified Design Associate (CCDA) and Routing & Switching (CCNA)), SonicWall Inc. (Certified SonicWALL Security Administrator (CSSA)), and Microsoft (MCP).
