Sebastiraj Arulanandu is an accomplished software development leader with extensive experience in the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Software Development Lead at Standard Chartered Bank since September 2020, Sebastiraj has previously held key leadership roles, including Director and Global Head for BPM pre-sales at Virtusa, where responsibilities encompassed BPM-Pega presales and consulting, as well as customer engagement and solution development. With a foundation as a Senior Architect at Lloyds TSB and Wipro Technologies, Sebastiraj has managed offshore and onshore teams, led BPM architecture initiatives, and delivered complex projects across various organizations, including MasterCard, FedEx Services, and Level 3 Communications. Sebastiraj holds a Master of Computer Applications and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics from St. Joseph's College, Trichy.
