Christian Long is the founder and CEO of Ace The Text. Prior to this, they worked as an associate at Savills North America from January 2018 to December 2021. There, they specialized in advising clients across numerous industries for relocation and office expansion strategies. Christian completed Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). Christian also proactively worked with new and existing clients providing in-depth market analysis and strategic planning, providing information such as area comps, void analysis, average lease and sales volumes, and detailed aerial and demographic reports.

Long also worked with senior executives on new business proposals, prepared available property summary books and created new business presentations, and provided clients with industry and market specific information as it related to their business. Christian contributed to designated local and national market research requests, including market snapshots, market overviews, quarterly market decks, and topic specific research to support pitches and brokerage opportunities. Christian participated in business development plan to generate long-term relationships with new clients, including managing listings and existing client relationships.

Christian Long has a Bachelor of Arts from Colgate University and a High School Diploma from St. Edward High School.
