Josh Laluya, M.S., is a seasoned Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Team Lead at Ace Manufacturing Industries, Inc. since February 2023. Previously, Josh held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Schreiber Foods and worked as a Human Resources Generalist & Recruitment Lead at Fincantieri Marine Group, where responsibilities included supporting staffing needs for a large workforce. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assessment & Development Consultant and a Talent Assessment Analyst at Vaya Group, contributing to workforce assessment and leadership development initiatives, as well as working in sales and marketing. Josh holds a Master of Science in Management & Organizational Behavior from Benedictine University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University.
