Tracy Ho has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tracy has recently worked as an Application Developer III at Ace Info Solutions LLC since August 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Software Developer at Alethix LLC from May 2018 to August 2020. Tracy also worked as a Functional Analyst at Soft Tech Consulting from May 2014 to May 2018, where they collaborated with end users and stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional requirements. Tracy also held the role of a Technical Training Support Specialist at DHL Global Forwarding in 2014, where they produced training documentation and coordinated training for agents. In addition, they worked as an Appian BPM Developer/Trainee at Global Applications Resources Group from July 2013 to March 2014, gaining proficiency in using Appian BPM Suite 6.7. Earlier in their career, Tracy worked as an Applications System Analyst at DHL from June 2012 to December 2012. Tracy also has experience at Fannie Mae, where they served as a Project Release Manager from January 2009 to November 2011, and as an Application Developer and Systems Analyst from August 2000 to November 2011. Prior to that, they worked as an Applications Developer at Sallie Mae from June 1997 to August 2000, and as a Sr. Data Tech at CSC from December 1996 to May 1997.

Tracy Ho obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 1999. In 2014, they attended Northern Virginia Community College where they completed a program in P/L SQL programming. Additionally, in the same year, they also pursued studies in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design at Northern Virginia Community College. Tracy Ho holds a certification as a Certified International Specialist from DHL Global Forwarding, obtained in November 2012.
