Curtis McIlvain has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Curtis started their career at Year One, Inc. in 1996 as a Lead Designer, where they played a crucial role in developing company branding, catalog design, and website for Next Generation. Curtis also conducted interviews, training, and managed design staff. Following this, they joined Pugstore.com as an Owner-Partner, where they designed, developed, and implemented the website, as well as integrated an e-commerce package.
In 2000, Curtis joined AT&T Advertising Solutions and held two roles. As a Sr. Analyst-Business Consultant, they provided process and product consulting for multiple teams and led the conversion of Amdocs CRM onto Salesforce. Later, as an Operations Manager, they led several functional teams in website fulfillment, managed a large staff, and implemented strategic initiatives on time and within budget.
In 2012, Curtis became a USDA Program Manager at Adayana, where they successfully managed programs until 2016. Curtis then continued working as a USDA Program Manager at Ace Info Solutions, Inc. from 2016 to the present, demonstrating their expertise in this role.
Curtis McIlvain earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from the Rochester Institute of Technology, graduating between 1990 and 1994. Curtis later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business and Leadership from the Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, completing the program between 2007 and 2009.
