Bülent Ercan has been working in the creative industry since 2004. Bülent began their career as a Graphic Designer/Illustrator at Pusula Reklamevi in 2004, followed by a role as a Multimedia Designer/Illustrator at Galya Reklam Ajansı in 2005. In 2008, they moved to Akıl İşleri as a Senior Art Director & Illustrator. In 2016, they were appointed Creative Group Head at The King Content & Creative Agency, which they held until 2017 when they moved to dsm group in the same role. In 2019, they took on a new role as Creative Group Head at AFF Reklam, followed by a role as Senior Art Director at A Graphic Design. In 2021, they Co-Founded Mavi Kaplan and in 2022 they were appointed Game Artist at Ace Games and Kreatif Direktör at Factory By KS.

Bülent Ercan attended Anadolu Güzel Sanatlar Lisesi Resim Bölümü - Eskişehir from 1991 to 1995, where they studied painting. Bülent then attended Anadolu University from 1995 to 2000, where they studied animation (cartoon). No additional certifications were obtained.
