José Masip Marzá was elected vice president of the Catholic Association of Propagandists (ACdP) in the Extraordinary Assembly of Secretaries held in May 2019. He has a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and currently practices law in Castellón. He holds the titles of Insurance Agent and Broker, Real Estate Agent, and Administrative Manager. In addition, he is a trustee and member of the Executive Board of the Independent Foundation. Masip has been vice president and, later, general secretary of the Organization of Professionals and Self-Employed (OPA); and founder of the Spanish Association of Friendship and Cooperation with Equatorial Guinea, of which he was also its first secretary.
In the institutional sphere of the ACdP and its works, José Masip has been part of the Constitutive Board of the Castellonense San Pablo Foundation, an institution subsequently annexed to the San Pablo CEU University Foundation. He has also been part of the Advisory Council of the Congress of Catholics and Public Life, and of the Patronages of the Ángel Herrera Oria Cultural Foundation, the Abat Oliba CEU University Private Foundation and the San Pablo CEU University Foundation. In the ACdP, he has held the position of vice-secretary of the Castellón Center on two occasions.
