Eric Hall is a technical writer at AccuWeather. Eric previously served as telecom operations chief for the Pennsylvania National Guard, where they were responsible for planning, coordinating, configuring, directing, integrating, and supervising the installation, operation, maintenance, and management of telecommunications systems and networks. Eric also oversaw information systems support functions for command, control, communications, and computers. Prior to that, they were a network engineer for Sprint LTDs ATM, Frame Relay and IDNX networks throughout the western half of the United States. Their duties included engineering, capacity planning, maintaining, and coordinating to bring value to Sprints local backbone networks in support of State governments, schools, police, hotels, and various other clients. Eric also served as a microwave sytems operator/maintainer for the US Army from 1994 to 1998.

Eric Hall has an Associate's degree in Information Technology Project Management from University of Phoenix. Eric also has various certifications from LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Scrum Alliance.
