Toupao Chieng has a work experience spanning over two companies. Toupao worked at Accuray as a Technical Support Engineer starting in July 2007, where they provided exceptional phone support to CyberKnife end-users and Accuray field service engineers. Toupao'sresponsibilities included resolving technical issues related to computer networking, hardware, and software. Toupao also proactively monitored CyberKnife systems using Axeda remote monitoring and management system to identify and resolve potential issues before they became a problem. Additionally, Toupao utilized remote control and diagnostic tools such as GotoAssist and Axeda to remotely diagnose and fix issues and gather information for further analysis.

Before joining Accuray, Toupao worked at Associated Chemists Inc. as an IT Administrator/Manager from April 1996 to November 2004. During their time there, they accomplished various tasks, such as implementing and supporting an integrated manufacturing operations, environmental and financial software package. Toupao introduced ODBC technology to extract data for report writing from legacy databases and ERP applications into Windows-based applications. Toupao also designed, developed, coded, and implemented a product labeling system that integrated strict governmental regulatory requirements.

Toupao Chieng pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering Technology from DeVry University from 2005 to 2007.
