Mark Schwartzlose is an experienced professional in sales engineering and cloud solutions, currently serving as the Director of Sales Engineering at AccuOSS since August 2019, where responsibilities include enabling timely resolution of IT operations issues across various industries. Prior to AccuOSS, Mark held the position of Principal Architect at BigPanda from July 2018 to June 2019, leading technical discussions and Proof of Value demonstrations for a cloud-native IT incident management solution. Mark's extensive career also includes over a decade at IBM as a Senior Hybrid Cloud Technical Sales Specialist, where Mark facilitated technical sales strategies, as well as leadership roles at Aventail Corporation as a Technical Sales Systems Engineer Manager and at Micromuse Inc as a Senior Technical Sales Engineer. Early in their career, Mark served as a System Engineer Manager at 3Com, where management of a team contributed to significant revenue generation and budget oversight.
