Erich Metzger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic development and safety management. Since March 2011, Erich Metzger has served as the Director of Strategic Development and Director of Safety & Strategic Development at Charge EPC, where responsibilities include leading safety and quality initiatives, evaluating field personnel, and aligning client needs with company objectives. Prior to this role, Erich Metzger was the Owner of Mountain Top Construction from January 2004 to March 2011, specializing in residential and light commercial construction. Erich Metzger’s career began in the United States Marine Corps from 1980 to 2003, where service included the role of First Sergeant, providing command leadership and senior enlisted advisory support at various company levels.
