Nick Hartigan is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Company Secretary at Accsys since April 2022. Previously, Nick held key legal positions at GKN Aerospace as Head of Legal - Operations and Global Functions, and at Kier Group, first as Group Head of Legal and then as Head of Legal - Corporate. Prior roles include Legal Counsel at Hanson UK, Solicitor at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP, and a secondment at BP's M&A Legal team from Simmons & Simmons. Nick has expertise in corporate law, commercial transactions, compliance, and governance, underpinned by a Bachelor of Laws degree from King's College London.
