Tiago Lavratti currently serves as Manager Global Support at Accruent since September 2018, following the acquisition of BlueCielo, where successful support team KPIs were achieved during a challenging migration year. Previously, Tiago held the same title at BlueCielo ECM Solutions from April 2015 to September 2018, achieving notable customer satisfaction metrics. Tiago began with BlueCielo as Support Coordinator, contributing to the establishment of a Global Support team in Brazil. Prior experience includes roles as ECM Expert at OSX and Technical Consultant at BlueCielo, along with freelance development and early-stage positions at E-Sales Soluções de Integração and PROCERGS.
