Marcelo Pilz is an experienced operations analyst currently employed at Accruent since November 2022. Previously, Marcelo held the position of Contract Management Specialist at Kyndryl from September 2021 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing projects related to risk and issues, internal communications, and developing reports for client account claim validation. Prior to Kyndryl, Marcelo worked at IBM as a Contract Management Specialist and Customer Service Representative for over seven years, focusing on project management and sales support. Marcelo's early career includes a role as an Internal Sales Consultant at Furlab and an internship in Tax Assistance at the Municipal Prefecture of Campinas.
