Ashley Tobin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management and client services. Currently serving as the Manager of Professional Services at Accruent since September 2018, Ashley oversees a team of consultants and leads client projects, ensuring performance metrics are met while driving improvements in operations and customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Ashley held positions such as General Manager at CLUBWAKA and Assistant Director for External Events & Conference Programs at Northeastern University, where responsibilities included managing budgets, relationships, and large-scale events. With a strong foundation in strategic planning and collaboration, Ashley has also contributed to various educational institutions in event coordination and program management. Ashley holds a Master of Science in College Student Development and Counseling from Northeastern University and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from the University of Vermont.
