Francis MARTINON has extensive experience in the hospitality and tourism sectors, currently serving as VP of Asset Management at AccorInvest, overseeing a portfolio of 160 hotels across various brands including SOFITEL, PULLMAN, and NOVOTEL since September 2017. Previously, Francis has held the position of Directeur - Asset Management at Accor France, managing a portfolio of 80 hotels under lease agreements, and has also served as an administrator for the Bougainville Committee, focusing on the accommodation sector. Francis's career includes senior development and franchise roles in AccorHotels from 1998 to 2013, along with consultancy experience at KPMG and Horwath. Educational qualifications include studies at HEC Paris, CEMS, and the Norwegian School of Economics, coupled with affiliation to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
