Kate Pearson is an experienced mortgage professional with a strong background in underwriting and customer service. Currently serving as the Mortgage Underwriting Team Leader at Accord Mortgages Limited since December 2017, Kate has also held positions as a Senior Mortgage Underwriter and Mortgage Underwriter, managing significant residential and buy-to-let mandates while ensuring compliance with lending regulations and financial crime policies. Prior to this role, Kate built customer service skills at Yorkshire Building Society, handling savings and mortgage accounts, and resolving complaints. Additionally, early career experience includes roles as a Beauty Therapist and duty manager at Imagine Spa. Kate holds a Diploma in Beauty Therapy from New College Stamford.
