Alex Rawson is an experienced human resources executive, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent & Culture for Global Operations at Accor, overseeing Raffles and Fairmont operations since August 2017. Rawson has a rich background in talent management and development, previously holding senior roles in various regions including the Middle East, Africa, and India. Prior to Accor, Rawson was Group Director of People and Performance at The Lancemore Group and held significant positions at National Australia Bank and Moevenpick Hotels & Resorts. With a career beginning at IHG, Rawson has progressively advanced through various talent development and training roles. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Social Science (Management) from the Australian College of Applied Psychology.
