Rasha Bakhit is a seasoned professional in People Operations and Employee Relations, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Accompany Health, Inc. Previously, Rasha held the role of Director of People Operations at Pager and served in various positions at Rally Health, including Employee Relations Director and Sr. Employee Relations Manager, as well as Senior Corporate Paralegal. Rasha also gained experience as the International Legal Coordinator at LivingSocial and worked as a Field Law and Liaison Officer for UNRWA. Rasha holds a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Law and Legal Studies from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the University of Jordan.
