Elisa Swart is an experienced professional with a diverse background in facility support, project management, and marketing. Currently serving as Regisseur Wonen en Leefbaarheid at Accolade Woningcorporatie since December 2018, Elisa specializes in social issues, resident participation, and new construction and restructuring projects. Prior to this role, Elisa worked at Landal GreenParks from April 2015 to November 2018, initially as a Projectleider Facility Support focusing on new construction, renovations, and sustainability, and later as Parkmanager at Landal Hunerwold State, where management of operational company processes was emphasized. Earlier experience includes roles in marketing and sales coordination at FysioSupplies, and seasonal positions as a travel guide and contact center staff for Beachmasters. Elisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communication Management from Hanze University of Applied Sciences Groningen and a Post-HBO degree in Creative Communities from NHL Stenden, along with recent training from the Landelijk Instituut Vertrouwenspersonen.
