Irene Hernández Moreno is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as Human Resources Manager at ACCIONA Energía since October 2021, where responsibilities include HR Business Partnering for Europe, Egypt, India, and South Africa. Prior to this role, Irene worked at ACCIONA as a Human Resources Project Manager, focusing on corporate recruitment, employer branding, and talent development projects, and served as the global young talent pipeline lead. Earlier experience includes a position as a Senior Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte España, where Irene specialized in HR processes implementation and talent management models, and a role as a Junior Advisor at the Permanent Mission of Spain to the United Nations.
