Rufat Aliyev is a seasoned professional in employment relations, compensation, and benefits with a strong background in human resources. Currently serving as the Head of Employment Relations, Compensation and Benefits Unit at AccessBank Azerbaijan since February 2021, Rufat has previously worked as a Payroll Specialist at SOCAR-AQS LLC from October 2017 to February 2021 and as a Compensation and Benefits Specialist at Unibank from December 2014 to October 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Turkish World Business Administration from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, obtained between 2014 and 2017, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics Relations from the same institution, completed in 2012. Early education was completed at School N_200 from 1997 to 2008.
