Jennifer Good has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an Aviation Officer in the US Army from 1991 to 1998, where they managed a staff section and a large budget. Jennifer then worked at Sea-Land (became Maersk Line) as an Equipment Control Supervisor and later as an Assistant Manager in Marine Operations, where they oversaw container inventory and loading operations. Jennifer also worked at Columbus Lines (Hamburg Sud) as an Equipment Cost Controller, managing the reporting process and coordinating budget reviews. Jennifer then moved to Citibank as a Financial Business Analyst, where they were a senior member of the Financial Planning & Analysis department. Currently, they work at Access Intelligence as a Director of Business Operations and Salesforce.com Administrator.

Jennifer Good received their Bachelor of Science degree in Management with a concentration in Aviation from the Florida Institute of Technology in the years 1987 to 1991.
