Thierry Bijou has extensive work experience in marketing and communication roles, spanning over several companies and organizations. Most recently, they served as the Marketing Director at Access Haiti S.A since June 2017. Prior to that, they were the Marketing Manager at NATCOM.SA from August 2016 to May 2017. From November 2014 to July 2016, they held the position of Marketing Director at OAVCT and also worked as a Communication Consultant for the same organization from April 2014 to November 2014. Before that, they were the Promotion Director at the Center for Facilitation of Investment from February 2013 to April 2014. Beginning their career, they were the CEO of Adverteck Communication Group from April 2001 to August 2007. Additionally, they worked as a National Communication Consultant at PNUD from March 2005 to September 2006 and as a Communication Director at the Ministry of Commerce, Trade and Industry from April 2004 to February 2005.

Thierry Bijou has a diverse education history spanning several years. Thierry obtained a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from Quisqueya University from 1995 to 2000. In 2004, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from DeVry University, which they completed in 2007. Thierry furthered their education at AUI, where they earned a Master's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from 2013 to 2015.

In 2014, Thierry attended ESSEC Business School, where they completed a program titled "L'avenir de la décision: connaître et agir en complexité" in the field of Business Administration and Management. Thierry also attended Stanford University to study Organization Analysis and the University of California, Irvine for a course on The Power of Macroeconomics, both in 2014.

Thierry's education in business continued with a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree from the University of Michigan in 2014-2015, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Throughout their career, Thierry has also pursued various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Among these certifications are Crisis Communications from IESE Business School, L'innovation managériale en pratique from ESSEC Business School, Introduction to consumer neuroscience and neuromarketing from Copenhagen Business School, and Market Research and Consumer Behavior from IE Business School, all obtained in 2023.

Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Creating and Developing a Tech Startup and Business Model Innovation from HEC Paris in 2023 and Digital Media and Marketing Strategies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2021. Other certifications obtained by Thierry include Beyond Silicon Valley: Growing Entrepreneurship in Transitioning Economies from Coursera Verified Certificates in 2014 and Google Digital Marketing & E-commerce Professional Certification from Google in 2021.
