Shiv Kumarr Marwah serves as the Director and Group CFO at Access Financial since October 2007, overseeing the P&L management and forecasting for the AF Group of Companies. Additionally, Shiv holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for AF INDIA, responsible for the complete operations in India, including staff management, HR, admin, operations, finance, and business development, while globally managing teams across Europe, Africa, and Asia. Previously, Shiv worked as a Senior Manager Commercial at India Today Group, where responsibilities included production, logistics, and vendor management, and as Executive Commercial at Siemens Ltd, focusing on electrical contracts and commercial operations. Shiv holds an MBA in Finance and Operations from the All India Institute of Management Association and has completed the Senior Management Program at the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
