Nancy Kyei-Baffuor is an experienced banking professional currently serving as the Team Lead for Support Services at Access Bank Plc since February 2017. Previously, Nancy held the position of Operations Manager at Energy Bank Ghana Limited from 2011 to January 2017. Educational qualifications include a professional degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the ACIB Chartered Institute of Bankers (2019-2021), a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Administration from the University of Ghana (2013-2015), and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Sociology from the University of Ghana (2006-2010).
