Mwangala-Daphne Mboma is an experienced banking professional with a diverse career at Access Bank Plc since August 2015, where Mwangala-Daphne currently holds the position of Head of Retail Operations, in addition to previously serving as Head of Enterprise Business Support. Prior to this, Mwangala-Daphne has been with another bank since August 2009, where the role of Branch Manager involved the supervision of branch operations. Mwangala-Daphne holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Humanities and Social Sciences from the University of Zambia.
