Olteanu Marius Ionut is a technical support engineer and UiPath RPA support specialist at Accesa.eu since August 2018, providing critical support to the Robotic Process Automation team and managing various technical tasks such as user management, application architecture oversight, and system optimization. Prior experience includes serving as a system application administrator at Banca Transilvania for nearly nine years, focusing on user needs, performance monitoring, data management, and application customization. Marius has also held roles in customer support and IT support within the same institution, where responsibilities included assisting users, managing banking applications, and implementing system improvements. Marius holds a degree in Political and Administrative Science, with a focus on Journalism, from Babes-Bolyai University, earned between 2009 and 2012.
