Oana Baciu has extensive work experience in various roles. From January 2019 to October 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst at accesaeu. From November 2019 to March 2023, they held the position of Product Owner at the same company. Additionally, they served as the Head of Automation & Tools from October 2022 at accesaeu. Prior to joining accesaeu, Oana Baciu worked at Fimaro, starting as an Economist from September 2007 to September 2009. Oana then held the position of HR Manager from September 2009 to February 2016. From February 2016 to October 2016, they were the Chief Financial Officer, and from October 2016 to March 2017, they served as the Chief Executive Officer. Finally, from April 2017 to December 2018, they worked as a Management Advisor at Fimaro.

Oana Baciu has a diverse education history. In 2001, they obtained their Bacalaureat degree in Informatica intensiv engleza from Colegiul National Emil Racovita Cluj Napoca. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Universitatea "BabeÈ™-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca, which they completed in 2008. Simultaneously, between 2005 and 2009, they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Legal Sciences from the same university. Afterward, Oana Baciu went on to pursue further education at Universitatea "BabeÈ™-Bolyai" din Cluj-Napoca once again, completing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from 2008 to 2010. During this period, they also acquired a Master's degree in Business Law, specializing in International Business, Commerce, and Taxation. In 2018, they attended Private IT School for Business Analysis in IT, although the course did not result in a conferred degree.
