Vladyslav Vovk is a seasoned technical support professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and support engineering. Currently serving as an L3 Technical Support Engineer at both PointGrab and Yael Acceptic since June 2020, Vladyslav has also held previous positions at Solve.Care, TOMIA, and Infopulse, where responsibilities included troubleshooting, technical support, and network engineering. Experience spans roles from NOC engineer to support engineer, with a strong background in interconnects creation, dispute resolution, and softswitch administration.
