Paraskevi Mitoglou is a BI/Data Engineer at Accepted since May 2022, following experience as a Junior Software Engineer at Intracom Telecom from September 2021 to May 2022. Previously, Paraskevi worked as a Customer Support Agent at HP Customer Support, managing incoming calls and providing technical support from April 2018 to August 2019. Earlier roles include serving as an E-shop Administrator and Customer Service representative at Idorthermiki from December 2015 to September 2016. Paraskevi holds an Integrated Master's Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (October 2015 - July 2021) and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Technologies and Services of Smart Informatics and Communication Systems at the University of Peloponnese since March 2023.
